2022 SWACM Annual Meeting (Exhibitors)

General Exhibit Timeframes:
- Booth set up: September 7 (afternoon) and/or September 8 (morning)
- Exhibit hours: 2 hours after lunch on Thursday, 2 hours during a wine and cheese reception Thursday evening, and 2 hours during/after lunch on Friday.
- Booth Tear down: September 9 at 2 pm
Booth information:
- Single: 10 ft wide x 8 ft deep
- Double: 20 ft wide x 8 ft deep
- Booths will be pipe/drape, table, 2 chairs, wastebasket & sign
- Exposition services through George Fern
Exhibits will be held in Crown Center Exhibit Hall A & the General Assembly/Symposia will be held in Crown Center Exhibit Hall B
- Exhibitors are welcome to attend any of the symposia talks on Thursday and Friday
An attendee lead list will be available to all exhibitors after the meeting.
