01 - Single Exhibitor Booth – $700.00
02 - Double Exhibitor Booth – $1,200.00
General Exhibit Timeframes:
Booth set up: August 23 (afternoon) and/or August 24 (morning)
Exhibit hours: 1.5 hours after lunch on Thursday, 1.5 hours during a wine and cheese reception Thursday evening, and 2 hours during/after lunch on Friday.
Booth Tear down: August 25 at 2 pm
Booth information:
Single: 10 ft wide x 8 ft deep
Double: 20 ft wide x 8 ft deep
Booths will be pipe/drape, table, 2 chairs, wastebasket & sign
Exposition services through Freeman
Exhibits will be held in Rio Exhibit Hall A & Symposia will be held in Ballroom B
Exhibitors are welcome to attend any of the symposia talks on Thursday and Friday
An attendee lead list will be available to all exhibitors
